Though tobacco control act has been enacted for peoples' wellbeing, tobacco companies are constantly violating it by using different kinds of strategies. Which undermine the purpose of the tobacco control act. Tobacco companies are luring the small shopkeeper for violating law by providing advertisement of tobacco products in the Point of Sale (Tobacco product sale center). It is needed to conduct mobile courts consistently against tobacco companies this type of program. This is the first time City Corporation took the initiative to conduct mobile court for executing tobacco control act including removal of illegal tobacco products ads though DC offices of the country already conducted it couple of times in different places. As a result, widespread awareness has been created among the people of the area during the mobile court operation.

It is noted that, this mobile court is the second one conducted by Dhaka North City Corporation. The first one lead under the same magistrate held on the 5th of August.
