Comments on the proposed draft of Road Transport and Act-2012 by Dhaka Transport Coordination Board under Ministry of Communication were sought within July 31, 2012. It was mentioned teh the act will be applied for facilitating safe transportation across the country and will replace Motor Transport Ordinance-1983. So, comments and opinion from all sorts of people should be received and analyzed before finalizing such an important act. As most of the people in this country do not have access to Internet, their participation through internet is impossible. Many embargos and restrictions have been imposed on cycling and pedestrians in the law. A regulation to change these obligations on cycling and on pedestrian was also presented in the view exchange in WBB Trust office at 12.00 PM
