This is the first publication in Bangladesh that documents illegal ads by tobacco companies. This book includes specific sections of the Tobacco Control Law and Rules, and how tobacco companies violate law, with photo documentation. Some success stories from the local level on removing illegal ads and letters related to removing illegal ads, Article 5.3 and Article 13 of the FCTC are briefly noted. Weaknesses of the original law and recommendations for law amendment are included.
