Tobacco Industry Interference (TII) Monitoring Report

A total of 82 industry interferences were reported in June. Notable among these we identified that, Law implementation agency seized fake band-rolls and number tobacco product smuggling during this time. In the other hand Bonayan (BATB) has started distributing 5 million saplings this year in celebration of golden jubilee of independence of Bangladesh.

With the technical assistance of the Union, WBB Trust has collected all the information about the

interferences done by the tobacco companies. A brief report on the activities of tobacco

companies has been prepared in recent times. Download here
